Enjoy the fenced yard with a "glamping cabin" that serves as the 3rd bedroom, gas firepit with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor kitchen, full screened in den, outdoor shower and deck.
The house has 2 bedrooms +1 in the cabin, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, full kitchen, full wi-fi, smart tvs, washer/dryer, and bright beautiful sunroom!
I had a shop outside Philly, Eastcote Lane, where I refinished vintage furniture and featured local artists... I have infused a ton of Eastcote Style into this little beach house! Enjoy the vintage 1920's stained glass doors, the vintage bathroom vanities, and beautifully textured lime painted walls, there is a ton of unique character in this home.
~The Camp Cabin in the yard serves as the very private 3rd bedroom, its like "glamping" in the back yard! Inspired by an old writing cabin, it has a vintage bluetooth connected record player complete with some old vinyl favs, a big window overlooking the yard, a window AC, and a beautiful dutch door allowing you a retreat within your retreat!
~The Zen Den is the fully screened outdoor living room adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. Relax bug free on those beautiful nights, or retreat to shade during the hot sun.
~The fire pit is gas, and at the touch of a button, you have a glowing fire to gather round on the comfy Adirondacks, perfect for evenings after the beach!
~Townbank is a pubically owned private beach. There is no commercial development along the beach, which means we are far away from crowds, and our beach is never crowded. Sunset happens right at the end of the road....and its spectacular!
I have really tried to create a special retreat, I hope that Avalon Road becomes your "happy place" and that you will return again and again!

Town bank in the most historic beach in Cape May. It is very much a neighborhood with year round residents, tree lined streets, and no commercial presence. Famous for the sunsets, the Delaware Bay beach is close enough to the ocean that the water is salty and clean without the risk of rip tide, and the beach is soft sand. We also enjoy an Olympic sized community pool less than 5 minutes from the house! We are a short ten minute drive to the ocean beaches and the Victorian town of Cape May. Local Vineyards and within a few miles, and local grocery shops and conveniences are less than a mile, but you just might find you never need to leave Avalon Road to have an amazing stay!
We have plenty of parking, driveway and street parking in front of the house, (please be respectful of our neighbors spaces) We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
Please note the 3rd bedroom is in the Cabin in the yard, not inside the house.

*Pool opening and operation dates/times varies. Typically it is open late June-September. As this is a public run amenity, we have no control over opening/closing and changes the city makes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
